BIKE REPAIR & SERVICE APPOINTMENT REQUEST

Below is our online service portal, where we’ll collect information about your bicycle, the issue you’re experiencing, and the type of service you believe may be needed.

Please be as specific as possible. Detailed information helps us better evaluate your repair needs, prepare in advance, and determine the appropriate amount of time for your appointment. Once your request is submitted, our team will review the information and confirm an available appointment time for you to bring your bicycle in.

It is important that you arrive at your confirmed appointment time and promptly pick up your bicycle once you have been notified that the repair is complete.

Please note that same-day completion is not guaranteed. Some repairs are straightforward and may be completed the same day, while others may require additional labor, diagnostics, or replacement parts. If parts need to be ordered, we will communicate the estimated timeframe and next steps with you as soon as possible.

A $10 reservation deposit will be collected when you submit your appointment request. This deposit serves as a placeholder for your requested service appointment and, once your appointment is accepted and service is completed, the $10 will be applied toward your final repair or service total.

The deposit is only forfeited if your appointment has been confirmed and you do not arrive for your scheduled date and time.
